Machinery	Usage	Feature
Potato washing peeling machine	This machine is used to wash and peel potatoes completely with hard brushes or emery brush	We use high quality brusher, brusher length is customized. The emery brush is used for Hard-to-peel old potatoes.
Potato cutter (to cut chips or Strips)	This machine is used to cut potatoes into slices or strips to make potato chips or french fries.	Food grade 304 stainless steel made, chips thickness is adjustable, french fries size is customized.
Blanching machine	This machine is used to deactivate the activity of the oxidase, take off the starch.	After blanching, it can keep potatoes' color and inner soft taste. The heating source: Gas / Electricity / Diesel.
Dehydrator	This machine is used to remove extra water after blanching.	The de-water time is adjustable.
Fryer	This machine is used to fry chips and fries in short time.	Frying time amd frying temperature (Room temperature to 300℃ ) can be adjustaed. Heating source: Gas/Electrcity
Deoiler	This machine is used to remove extra oil after frying.	The de-water time is adjustable.
Seasoning machine for potato chips	This machine is used to season potato chips.	You can add condiment even liquid when seasoning
Packing machine	This machine is used to pack and seal bags.	We have different model package machines depending on your need.
